my insurance company wrote me about this service. It is the University of Arizona pharmacology school. They will ho over your prescriptions and answer any questions that you may have. They may also offer things to ask your doctor. I did it a few years ago and they keep calling every few months.

they wanted to co through my meds, bye knew nothing about them, claimed to be a pharmacist, and tech,,,,,i went along, was [olite, i answered their questions, but realised it was a scam, yjey did have my list of medicine.....

I get about five of these calls a day. They claim to be calling on behalf of my medical insurance and want to review my prescriptions., My insurance company knows what medication I'm taking. If they have an issue with something, they can contact my doctors directly, not use a third party.

Asked me if I needed help taking my meds or did I take them myself. I said, since you know so much, what meds do I take? He then wanted me to verify my dob and address. I said, ok, what is it? He said, no, you have to tell me. I said, no, you called me so YOU tell me what it is. He said he could only tell me the month. I told him he was a scammer. He said he could give me a phone number to call and verify "we are not scammers", I said, sure you can and hung up. I know how that works, these scammers will give you a number to call for verification, then another scammer will answer with (in this case) Humana, how may I help you? I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night~

I just got the exact call! Said the same & then called the real Humana..She said to block the 855 #'s she gave me if possible..Beware of these scammers people!

Doesn't matter, it's a telemarketing call so it's illegal. Just keep reporting it to Do Not Call complaints. The FTC notifies them with a warning. Use that to prosecute them yourselve in State Courts.
