Scammer or telemarketer. References a law suite. Would not leave a message. My experience is that if this was a legit call they would at least leave a message expressing the urgency of a return call instead of getting pushy, demanding. Checked caller ID Benson AZ. 1-520-595-0016.

Called asking for the Controller. I asked who he was and he wouldn't tell me his name. He said his boss Aaron Fisher (not sure of spelling) told him to call us about a lawsuit. I asked him the name of his company and he said MCB (came up as Benson, AZ on my phone). I told him no one was available and I'd be happy to have someone return his call but he said his boss said he needs to speak to them now. I told him that won't be happening and asked for his number again (which I already have) but he wouldn't give me that information so I hung up on him. So I called the number back and it says our phone conversation may be taped and it rang for 7 times then I got a answering machine saying I have reached Aaron Fisher....I hung up. This is a complete SCAM...lots of background noise and when I drilled the questions to the person that called me he didn't know what to say or do. Please don't fall for this CRAP!

I called the number back and spoke with Erin Fisher himself. I told him his Morgan,Colan Bach shows as scam and he should look it up. Transferred to my boss voicemail by he didn't leave a message.

Sounds like a scam call. Don't know who to ask for, they just ask for the controller. There is lots of noise in the background like a call center
