This is the number the University of Arizona uses to make calls for donations. I asked to call them back and used the generic U of A number and had them route me back to this line. Verified it is indeed NOT a scam, but also IS spam.

It's posing as a UofA number so that they can ask you for "donations", but it's not actually UofA! It's just a scam pretending to call from UofA to get money from you.
