Automated message that it was the IRS with an arrest warrant. So called it back numerous times/ first couple of times they hung up on me when I told the the US IRS contacts vie US Mail, got swore at then they hung up. Last time I had it! I seemed to get a head honcho and told him he will be reported, he go ahead and hung up! Plus the IRS doesn't swear at you! Period! Reported Number to IRS (Scam call) reported by

Told me I have a warrant from IRS. First of all, IRS always sends a letter should you get audited and would work with you to pay the amount owed and for a $2,000 that he said I owed to the IRS is a 5 yr imprisonment and $20,000 fine, yeah right! So, I called the IRS directly and as I was right, I did not owe them nothing. So, I called this scambags up and just went off on them. I said I already reported them to IRS and I know they're scambags and to stop calling my number with bogus badge# and bogus names cause they're clearly not Americans based on the accents (Indian accents) but would give you american names. So, if you get a call from this number, now you know it's scam.

Collect money imposter as irs (Scam call) reported by

Try to scare you about a warrant for your arrest. Also, try to collect money from you saying they are the IRS. As soon as you catch them in a lie they hang up.
