Offering help with used car (Telemarketer) reported by

The incoming call either goes straight to voice-mail or only rings once instead of four times. There is no number on the caller id. The caller does not use a last name or state his business's name. This number is stated in the message as a call back number, but I would never use anyone who utilizes such questionable practices. The fact that they can manipulate how many rings before the call goes to voice-mail is very disconcerting. I filed complaints with the FCC and FTC, and encourage everyone else to do so as well. It is an unwanted call utilizing underhanded methods. If the phone never rings, how can I answer it to tell them to put me on their Do Not Call List? Besides, I am on the national Do Not Call List to begin with. This is the worst of the worst in unwanted calls, and they recur enough to qualify as harassment.
