Process Server Coming to my Work & Home (Scam call) reported by Lauren
I received two calls this week stating I would be served court papers at my work tomorrow and I needed two forms of identification and a Manager/Supervisor to witness that I received these so called documents. If they were unable to reach me at my office, they would go to my home. The lady again said she would need my signature proving I was served these documents, two forms of ID and one person to witness my signature. I received a call on Tuesday saying she was coming by my work/home between 12 - 5pm. I received another voice mail on Wednesday stating the same thing. This process server lady was coming to my work Thursday from 12 - 5pm and if I was not there, she would go to my house. It is now Friday and I have not seen or heard a word since Wednesday. I do not owe money to anyone or any business. She gave me a case # and a number to call of I wanted to stopped the process of these so call "documents" from being served to me. Funny thing is, the county she claims these papers are filed with is not event the county I live in anymore and haven't for 2 years now. I've had SEVERAL calls from UNKNOWN and PRIVATE all this Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Sometimes the PRIVATE caller would call 5 times in a row. INSANE! I know it was a scam right away! BEWARE

Civil Processing (Scam call) reported by Robert
A ladies voice somewhat inaudible sounded like they were driving in a car. She gave a number to call stating I must call immediately before processing? I have no one or entity seeking to serve me any process. The fact that she called my phone and ask for my wife was obviously suspicious.
