IRS Lawsuit Scam (Call centre) reported by

They called me on July 6th to tell me the IRS had begun the process of filing a lawsuit against me, said the Sheriff's department was going to arrest me, my drivers license was going to be revoked. Please note: If someone does this to you, this is not how the REAL IRS conducts their business. The REAL IRS won't insist on paying your debt with a prepaid debit card, cashiers check, wire transfer, etc. They'll always send you a letter in the mail no questions asked.

Claimed to be IRS with lawsuit. (Robocall) reported by

This call came into my company office line. Robot claiming to be the IRS and was giving a "final notice" about a lawsuit against us. I did not call the number back. Figured it was a scam call.
