Al was very rude and screamed at me that my answer was not okay (Nuisance call) reported by Denise Keeley
caller requested to speak to TB (my boss) i advised he wasnt available and could i help in some way. he questioned whether my boss had been in yet or if he was at lunch or on a jobsite. i advised he was not available and how could i help, who was calling and for what purpose. he got very short and said his name was Al from RAB and did he not give that information already. i informed him no he hadn't. he insisted again to speak to my boss and i said again he was not available and how could i help as i was the general manager. he told me he was supposed to call my boss before 1pm and needed to speak to him. he got very nasty and told me that my answer was not acceptable, that he wanted to speak to a manager. i informed him again i was the general manager and what could i do for him...again he was rude and started screaming at me that my "unavailable" answer was not okay that he needed more details about my boss' whereabouts....i told him he could talk to me and he screamed at me again and then hung up....
