Gave 2 other phone no. But when repeating them, they were not the same. Said be home to serve papers on a person who has pass away. Hope they call back, they are getting the cemetery address.

I just recently got the same kind of call, but I haven’t called back. They just said that I was supposed to be served today but they were unable to serve me! Total BS! I haven’t even done anything for anyone to take legal action against me! They called from ‭+1 (562) 270-93xx‬ and say to call 866-310-35xx. I kinda want to call to mess with them! I gotta give it to them, they actually have a woman that sounds like she’s from the USA call! Sounds legit, but I know that I haven’t even done anything for anyone to take legal action against me for anything. These people are so ridiculous!

Wanted to verify I would be home between 10-2 the next day so they could serv legal papers. When I tried to get more information I was given the phone number (855-539-6246) of Schmidt & associates along with a reference number. I have filed a complaint over this telephone fraud on the Federal Trade Commission website.

Calling my direct line at work - Supposedly have legal documents regarding a civil matter....LOL Really?!?! Since my husband is a county Sheriff, I'm guessing I'll be the first to know if there are any supposed "papers" for me. Nice Try!!!!

They said that they had my daughters number to contact her father (of whom she hasn't seen or spoken to in 17yrs) said they stated that they had some legal documents that he needs to sign and hasn't signed them yet. When she told them - well this is his daughter but I have no contact with him - they hung up

They have a agressive woman call to give you another number to call with a reference number and that person tell you to make payments for something and doesn't sound very legit....doesn't tell you what it is doesn't send out paperwork of what the payment is for idk why they think people are just gonna pay over the phone on something they can't see and from scamming looking numbers
