I have received several calls from this # on mycell phone. If yiu answer hello in english they hang up. If you call it back , there is a recording of classical piano for 10 to 15 seconds, then the spanish speaking message stars. Then the machine call you back one minute later. Annoying as all hell.

They called twice in a row. Says to press 1 to hear new 2017 laws, press 1 (yes,again) to fix your account. Last attempt to fix "your account" since they don't identify who is calling or what company, i say it's a scam! So blocked!

It seems unbelieveable that, in the days of sharing one landline/homephone with the entire family,if it rang we would just pick it up-no idea who was on the other end. It is a different world.
