It was not the Kaiser Permanente pharmacy in my case. It was an automated system looking for someone named Emma, who apparently is using some of my data to get medical benefits.

I received a call from that number also, saying it was Kaiser Foundation and answered as the pharmacy. I was given
1-866-413-1579 to call about a change in the Rx and that number was a scam. I called Kaiser afterwards and was told
that the 866 number was not Kaiser. Don't know about the 562-401-5940 number, Kaiser didn't say on that one, but in
the future I will just call the pharmacy number on my Rx's if there are any questions! Be AWARE!!
