The caller wanted to confirm my home address and ins. info because I could qualify for reduced rates for pain cream. Told him the call was unsolicited and to put be on do not call list. Tried to continue with his offer and I again reiterated to put on do not call.

"Carl Christie" from "First Care" said my husband had filled out an on-line medical survey and had stated that he had pain. He was calling to discuss this. Talked with my husband who totally denied any survey and any complaint of pain. Called the number back and told him I was reporting this as a scam and he said "Thank you" and hung up.

Man that answer said I called him. Then proceed yo say another service to must have called, they say it's a courtesy call but will not tell where they are from.
