They call from this number with an American voice leaving a voicemail telling you that you are in trouble with the legal affairs department of Treasury if you don't call back they will report you if you do not settle with them it is a scam when you call it back and ask questions they hang up when you call again you get somebody else everybody else that answers the phone is from a another country
