They call and ask for money telling you to have your legal representation call them because you are being investigated for something. They have yet to provide any papers or proof of debt or who is trying to collect the debt. They just want your financial information. They threatened you with lawyers and lawsuits but have nothing to back it up no proof of any kind. They are very rude and unprofessional.

The recording called again.About ago the person left a message stated they had personal information (name/social security)if not complied the office will not be able to help any longer with a case (which is unknown). Then again this morning 10/02/17 a greater threat because of non-compliance from first call. If call not returned by the end of the day they would go further with the litigations. Called my parents number 4 times for me. When told I don't live there they just called back. Threatening of a law suit and I have no money problems, especially in Arizona. Now a blocked call on my phone.

Very Threatening WRONG Number (Robocall) reported by


They are the Weinberg Mediation Group (debt collection company). So even their name is deceptive. The BBB has given them a score of "F" ...and they haven't even been in business for a full year yet (10/16). They use a robo-caller that they've 'programmed' to be very threatening... to me, even though they have the wrong person at the wrong number (which I've had for over 20 years) AND my number was never contacted by whoever they're presumably collecting a debt for so how would they get my number? Answer, they do some ridiculous internet search or it's equivalent (we all know how accurate they are) and then they robo-call every single number they find and put their robo-caller to work on them. I called them multiple times before they talked to me. The 1st time I left a message for them to call me on their answering machine, second time they answered, stammered a bit, and hung up before I'd said anything but hi. Then I got their answering machine a few more times before anyone would answer. When they finally answered I knew that my number had come up in their system somehow because they mentioned who they were trying to contact and told me it was JUST A WRONG NUMBER before I gave them my phone number or anything. I may have said a choice word when I tried to explain why a threatening message was so wrong, in many ways ....and she reiterated that it was JUST A WRONG NUMBER. They must be doing this on a huge scale because when you go to their "About us" page it takes you to their FAQ page where the first "FAQ" explains how innocent their threatening messages are and that it's, you guessed it, JUST A WRONG NUMBER! Seriously, why do they think it's okay to be so aggressive when they know the numbers they're calling are long-shots and that the majority of them reach innocent people that do not deserve to be treated like this?

He said there were going to be actions brought against me . I'm a college student Indiana and the call was from Arizona. I'm sure there's nothing I've done to have actions brought against me.
