Chase Auto called me 6 times until they figured it was wrong acct (Debt collector) reported by


I have auto withdrawal for my car payments. So I wasn’t behind. Yet they kept calling and threatening if I didn’t make an immediate payment. So I told them to come get the car so I could sue them and they would keep calling. Finally they figured on the 6th call they had the wrong account. How they mixed that with my phone number, I have no clue.

Call center disconnected me when I refused to tell them my name. (Call centre) reported by


Asked for my name to "verify" who they were calling. I asked them who they thought they were calling and they disconnected me when they realized I was not going to offer any personal info.

They left me a voicemail that sounded a little strange so I paid it no attention. For the last week they have been calling my phone from 8 am till as late as 9 pm. At least 6-7 calls a day. Some only an hour apart.
