They said I owed money told them to send me a statement tha shows (Debt collector) reported by


How much money I owe then who is it from and a copy of the account number you proceeded to try to threaten me meanwhile when they first answered I informed them that it was a recording line and they proceeded to tell me that they cannot accept a reasonable payment that I offered them they refuse payment three times on a recorded line and then I informed them they have mail violated Federal collection laws they are refusing to accept payments on a recorded line of a reasonable amount of which I could pay for an A bill that I didn't even know so I'm waiting for them to try to sue me

OHINE CALL WAS FOR A CAPITOL ONE CREDIT CARD THROUGH MAURIECES. MY WIFES CARD HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR OVER A YEAR WITH A 0 ENDING BALANCE. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I OWED 928 DOLLARS AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THEM AND NOT DEAL WITH THE LENDER DIRECTLY... THERE WERE NO LETTERS SENT THERE WERE NO CALL FROM CAPITOL ONE STATING THAT WE OWED. THERE WERE NO BILLS AT ALL. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO SEND A LETTER STATING WHAT I OWED...WE WILL SEE.
