They say that they are a medication management for my health health insurance but they give you a completely different number to call back on. I never agreed with my doctor to discuss my medication or health with anyone besides him nor did I consent to this in any way. It does not make any sense that s strange seperate company would call you to discuss your concerns with them and your doctor nor health insurance company knows nothing about it. .

Medication Management has no right to call me (Scam call) reported by


I did not answer because I dont know number. They left a recorded message that they are a "medication management" company. According to HIPAA law they should not have medical information on me without my written permission. I did not give written permission for them to call me. If my insurance company wants to discuss something with me, they can send me a letter. They didn't say to call the number they called from but gave a completely different number for me to call them back. I have blocked both numbers.

Aetna insurance always wanting to change my prescriptions to what they feel would work better. I tell them mine are working fine! Don't mess with my meds! it's taken too long to get the ones I have to work! one pill they FORCED me to change to and it's 8 times the cost of my previous pill. all because they're pushing this one pill on everyone. And it doesn't work as well as the cheaper drug either!
