This is a licensed Realtor who is the primary "investor" in the investment company that wants to purchase homes in the Phoenix area to turn into rentals. They are violating state real estate law and Federal law by contacting people without any prior relationship. They hide who they are because they will loose their AZ Real Estate license if they reveal themselves. They hide under several shell LLC corps their true identity.

This is a fake realtor. Leaves a pre-recorded voice message (I've gotten it atleast twice) which says they want to give you a cash offer for your house. They say they're a local investor (despite having an out of state number) who buys 5 to 10 houses each month, and ask you to call back.
