Called them back, their automated system told me to press the pound key to opt out, then asked for my number, then to press 1 to confirm. Thanks for the info on that bit, Cssey.

U I called the number back and an automated system picked up telling me to stay on the line or if I wanted to opt out of the service to press 1 then it just ask you to dial your number and then it says that you will be removed from the list.
