We had paid in full and received confirmation for a room at Athens Suites Hotel, but when we arrived we were refused a room. They said it was because their computer was down.We had to book and pay for another hotel in Houston for the night. We were promised a refund, but have not received it, apparently the hotel refuses to give it.
