Said they were calling from the Arizona dept of Revenue and I needed to call them back

Total scam! They dont call people, left no information what so ever which they would never do. This is the 4th scam call I have received since January. Have also received several scam job emails. I am looking for work and they say they saw my resume (but not were they saw it) and I have been choosen to move ahead with hiring process. What bullsh*t! A legitmate company goes through the job site you have your resume on and they mask your email. Companies do not ever move you on to the hiring process without 1 or 2 zoom or in person interviews first. Watch out for these scammers they are getting more and more creative every day.

Said they were calling from the IRS and need to speak with owner (Scam call) reported by


IT rang after answering and then a lady connected to the call and said she calling from the IRS and needed to speak with the owner regarding a recent tax filing. I told my receptionist to hang up after I searched the number. This is the second call like this in just a few days, they provide no details or reference number, and its a local area code.

I answered the phone call and it rang and a person named Virginia came on the line and asked for my boss. I questioned who she was and she told me her name again and asked for my boss. I put her on hold and she hung up... ???
