Repeatedly and AGGRESSIVELY asked to speak to the owner or co-owner and insisted this "wasn't a sales call". When they were told the owner doesn't accept unsolicited calls, they gave the name "Kim" and this telephone # to call back regarding our merchant account. Yeah. Not a sales call. Sure.

Robin with IBS. She is quite persistent and we believe it’s a scam. "They" meaning the collective Robin's, have called multiple times and each "Robin" is different. Claims to be with IBS – Interchange Business Systems. This lady keeps saying that she needs to talk to the owner about “conversion” of a business account and refuses to answer any questions.

Stated they were with interchange payment systems asking to speak with the owner of the business about the merchant account. They had called into a customer service call center of a large multinational corporation, not too bright and couldn't spend 10 seconds googling prior to trying to sell something. Person had to stop and think for a full 10 seconds when asked their name and gave the wrong company name several times, stopping mid sentence to say "wait no" and then giving a different name. Likely a last scale scam clearing house. I would not answer this call.
