Was in a situation where I couldn't easily take a call so I ignored the initial contact. Individual continued to call again and again. After several phone calls, one immediately after the other, I finally panicked and assumed there was some sort of terrible emergency, excused myself and answered the call. It was just a dumb sales pitch, but the damage was done.

Spoke to a woman by the name of Leslie and she said we won 4 round trip tickets to anyplace we want (31 destinations to pick from) for filling out a survey. We have to tour the Wyndham Hotel in Manhattan.

I ignored this call for a couple of days until I finally listened to my voicemail and realized that this is a notification office letting me know that I have a free gift waiting for pick up from a sweepstakes I participated in at a bridal show. When I called back I spoke with a very nice person who helped me claim my gift. I was happy that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I can't wait to book my free weekend in Vegas!
