Google: JC SWAIN NH, JOHN SWAIN NH, JCS NH there is no limit to the lengths these people will go to to scam good people. The owner and chief operating officer is a multiple offender and felon. There are hundreds of complaints and lawsuits against this scoundrel that are all eerily familiar. If you or someone you love has fallen victim to one of these bait and switch vacation scams please speak up! This type of marketing is unscrupulous and dangerous. These felons collect customer credit card information and target their victims through scam raffles. You should contact the organizer of the event you attended where your private information was snatched. Then file a complaint with the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau. If the representative identifies the sponsor resort you should also file a complaint against them for selling your private data under false pretenses to convicted felons. If everyone speaks up someone will end this sham

I never win anything! I was equal parts skeptical and excited when Kara called to let me know that my name was picked from a raffle at the bridal show I attended. I was pleased to discover that everything was exactly as described, and Kara sent everything to me in writing via email. Very pleasant, patient and professional!

I ignored this call for a couple of days until I finally listened to my voicemail and realized that this is a notification office letting me know that I have a free gift waiting for pick up from a sweepstakes I participated in at a bridal show. When I called back I spoke with a very nice person who helped me claim my gift. I was happy that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I can't wait to book my free weekend in Vegas!
