Phone number came up on my phone as (925) 196-6135. Lady couldn't pronounce my name, threatened a lawsuit (something about being out of county). Threatened to call my Human Resources Dept (I'm not working right now). Gave me a Case Number. She gave me the phone number of (603)874-1339. I blocked, but I'm with AT&T, and even though I block my calls, these scammers still call and leave me messages. Her name comes up as MELISSA STOUT... why don't the police do something about this??

Continuous Caller Melissa Stout from Hill/Monroe, NH has been making these Scam/Fraud Calls for several years and continues to get away with her idle threats...her abuse of inter-communication committing a Crime. She calls Every Day to all the same phone #s on her list. She lives on Hammond St...there is no #s available at her place of residence known...yet. The # she is using: 603-874-13xx is a Landline #. The State of New Hampshire has FAILED to contact their Local Telephone company and find out who is paying this bill, obtain her address, and then send their local police out with a warrant to talk to this female...With an ATTEMPT TO GET HER STOPPED ONCE AND FOR ALL! Misdemeanor.

I've been getting this call since approx. 2008 intended for the person who had my phone number before me. I get the same message as others have described. I tried calling the number back to get an address to which I can send a cease & desist. I got an address from a rude representative who refused to give a name of the company or client or any information, although she did give a Detroit, Michigan address that is not found via Google or Google Maps; she then hung up while telling me that the number I was calling does not send outbound calls (so then how would I have gotten the number??)

Call leaves a "threatening-like" voicemail about an ambiguous issue without reference. At no time is an explanation for who the "Client" is or what the matter is in regards to. The original calls are received from 617-932-0259 but they give a different number to call back in the voicemail. The voicemail sounds like this: "This message is intended for (NAME). I need to verify a current address as well as a place of business address to move forward with the next procedure. At this time you are forcing your right to take care of this matter outside of your county. We may be contacting your Human Resource Department to follow proper protocol to deliver your paperwork on the property. Again, the client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from you today. They're number is 603-874-1339. Reference your case number, JDK1440. Noncompliance will result in an order for your appearance. This is our third attempt."

fake collection company asking for my mailing and office address (Unsolicited call) reported by


left a digital voice recording that I needed to provide an address for home and personal so they can serve me with something about something. They will also be reaching out to my HR department at work and this is their third attempt to reach me. I blocked this number some time ago but they continue to leave messages.

Reported to FTC also with my carriers filter app and text her again telling her I did please do not give them info I get so many customers a day who they fraud.
