I don’t answer when they call, and they call at least twice a day. They don’t identify themselves in voicemail and today the message said they’ve sent time sensitive mail and the call is to let me know I case of any postal disruption… then it says “if you’d like to know what the letter says call us back”.

this is cbv collection agency in connivance with telus asking me to pay but no billing statement to prove that I have an amount owing from telus. How rude they are asking you to settle the amount right there and there. Don't be intimidated by this people. They are a fraud!!

they call daily sometimes more then once a day. I answered twice and there was breathing and background noise then they hang up. added to blocked callers list but they still end up at my voicemail. soooo annoying

This collection agency is one of the worst I have ever heard of they will call daily using a new number each time so that you can’t block them!! If or when you answer the phone they will almost invariably hang up in your ear. They’re a pack of bullies. They hound you and if your debt is not less than two years old in Ontario or six years old in BC then please report them to consumer affairs; someone has to stop this illegal harassing behaviour. They don’t even give you an opportunity to respond they simply hang up in your ear so you tell me what is the purpose of the call other than harassment?
