Scammer offering a refund for a windows product I don't have (Scam call) reported by


He called offering a refund for a windows product on my computer. I only have a work PC and therefore never bought a windows product. I told this to him to which he responded in a thick accent "Why you on this list? Why don't you hang up the phone than you mother f***er." at which point I asked him to repeat himself he said the same thing verbatim and hung up.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call center - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 60731980xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with insurance marketing, home/car warranty, but also Google listing - some general call center with wide scope. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
