Been getting calls from this number every other day, finally picked it up. Heavy foreign accent, maybe Filipino. They knew my name and asked if I was interested in selling my house (they knew the address also), said they were cash buyers. I said not interested and asked how they got my info, they said they were getting names with addresses and phone numbers and targeting them...it smelled like SCAM and she just verified it!!!

Foreign accent. Said I am entitled to a discount with Columbia Gas because of deregulation's that have come through in the state of Ohio. He wanted me to get my bill to look at. I couldn't locate one quickly and asked him to call back later. I'll verify if I can before he calls again.
