They said something about getting me a better deal on my car insurance, working through State Farm. As soon as I said "I don't need car insurance. I don't even own a car." they INSTANTLY hung up on me, without saying another word. So either seems like a scam that's not trying hard to seem like a real business, or this particular dude was poorly trained. I'mma guess the former.

They called and I answer. Guy said my insurance pmt was overdue and now there's a late fee or they'll cancel my insurance. Alls I have is health, dental and life thru my employer. They take it right out my paychecks so never late. I ask what insurance they talking about and he said my car insurance. I don't have a car. I never had a car in my life. My job is 2 blocks from my house and I walk or ride my bicycle in good weather. Bad weather, a coworker stops by to pick me up on his way in. Like I said I'm just 2 blocks from my job. These folks was asking for my "social security number and credit card number to process the payment."

Said she was from Quality Insurance and wanted to know when I was going to make a payment. When I asked who she was looking for she couldn't tell me. She mumbled something and then asked if I was interested in a free quote and started asking me for personal information before I even had a chance to respond. When I said no she sighed and hung up.

they called my cell, i called back from home phone, car insurance (Scam call) reported by


they called my cell phone, i ignored the call and called back from my house phone. when they answered i asked what the call was about and they said car insurance. i asked them which car insurance and they listed 3 insurance companies that no one in our house hold is insured through. she seemed puzzled when i said that and wasn't sure what else to say. i said this must be a scam and hung up.
