They called twice. I answered spoke to some woman trying to sound American reading from a script. Had asked me to go to my computer probably to go to their setup website where you enter your personal information. I said sure as soon as you send me an email confirming the breach. Hung up. You hear fellow scammers in the background calling other people.

They continuously call, and I know very well it's a scam call. It's titled Apple Inc, but obviously isn't. Apple doesn't make repeated house calls. They'd either call for the full five rings, or the call would cut short. I'm going to find a way to block this scam caller.

This number has been calling about every 30 minutes since this morning. It says Apple Inc and is a robot voice. It actually cuts off the first part of the message, then 'strongly urges' you to speak with a supervisor. It then says press 1 to speak to the supervisor or 2 to hang up. Since when do I have to press 2 to hang up my own phone?

Got a call from this number - the caller id says Apple Inc. and the automated message said something about a security breach that might affect my apple account and it gave 2 options. press 1 to speak with a representative, and 2 to hang up. I chose 2. Looks like this is a scam as apple doesn't make house calls about such issues.

Recorded message saying there was suspicious activity on my iCloud drive & that I should call Apple at the “toll free” number (sorry I did not get the number but it was a 718 area code which is not toll free.) As a retired IT professional I can tell you computer companies do not contact you about problems with your account or your computer unless you pay BIG BUCKS for monitoring. Call came in on landline phone & as I do not know anyone in New Jersey I will be programming my phone to block all of this area code.
