portfolio recovery is a scammer disguised as a debt collector. They have no legal right to collect on a discharged debt. They have many phone numbers across the U.S. ( they recently lost a $8 million lawsuit in New York and now they are harassing people trying to make it up ). I have already beat them in court but they keep calling. All you can do is keep blocking them.
