They have called several times and it's always a robo call waiting for you to speak which then alerts a telemarketer that I can never understand. Tired of their calls all the time since we chose them and always during dinner or at night. If I want to talk to them I will call them. I hate telemarketing calls.

No one there when I answered, then a woman from ?India wanted to ask me some questions. I asked her a couple of questions which she did not understand. I hung up. They have called several times. If this is United Health Care, it comes across as a telemarketer, so they need to do it differently.

I didn't know from whom the call was coming since caller ID only showed "Minneapolis". The person calling only said "This is William " and I hung up. If United Healthcare wants to call me, the number should be identified as such on caller ID and the caller should start be saying "This United Healthcare. My name is William". I agree with other responders that they shouldn't be asking identifying information if they already have it. This makes me very suspicious that this is a third party company.

United Health Care they called NU&MEROUS times until I called them back re: my insurance plan. I agree they should NOT be doing this on the PHONE and told the rep that all the years I'd had an HMO thru a company, they NEVER, EVERR called me! Wastes too much time and NOT secure. Although think they only asked for member id? maybe DOB I do not remember - any info to an unknown is indeed dangerous these days .

Called me; asked for my birthday to confirm who I was. Oh hell no (Telemarketer) reported by


SHE called ME, identified herself as a rep of United Health Care, then asked for my birth date to confirm who I was. I said "Oh, hell no. I gave every piece of info UHC asked of me when I signed up. I do not know you from Adam's house cat. You prove who you are. I am not giving info to any Tom, **** or Harry who calls and asks for it." Then I asked that they stop harassing me. Then I called UHC and told them if it was a rep from their company to STOP bothering me. This took an hour out of my day. If the call again, I am blocking their number. I feel certain it is telemarketers.
