Can confirm the other complaints about a person leaving long, silent voice mails when I don't answer, and a person on the other end of the line just breathing and not speaking when I do answer. I was the one to hang up first when I realized the person on the line wasn't going to speak. This number calls me EVERY DAY and has been calling me EVERY DAY for the last 3 weeks now and they haven't missed a single day to ring me up. Sometimes they call twice a day. Who tf is responsible for this and wtf do they want?!

As said previously, the lady knew my first name and spoke French right away (and I'm francophone). But she claimed I had participated in a survey or something like that on Facebook so they could send me details of a research about how I use my cellphone. I didn't recall any of that as I don't fill out any form on Facebook. I asked her to send me the info by email. Now I think she was pretending to know my email address by asking me to validate with her. I called back the number and it goes to a Spanish automatic voicemail. I'm note sure she got my email address right since I did receive nothing and I guess it's better this way.

Sketchy silent call, hangs up when you ask who it is. (Unsolicited call) reported by


Call came in, no answer on the other end. Said hello a couple of times all the while I could hear breathing. When I asked who was calling the caller hung up. Called back the number and the operator said the number was not in service. Super sketch. Not the first time this number calls and does the same thing.

Kantar TNS Global I was registered years ago. Spoofed number. (Survey) reported by


I was registered with TNS years ago. It appears they were bought out by Kantar and a building client base. Agent was very pleasant and said he was in Barcelona. Asked three or 4 questions, knew my first name and sent me an SMS to get the Kantar App and its rewards for doing survey. Legit company. IP phonecall using spoofed Ottawa number. If it has said Barcelona, I wouldn't have answered.

They call and don't say anything. Even though you hear them there (breathing, sipping on a drink), when you ask them who is it, they hang up. They continue to call, leaving voice-mails with no message.
