Just got a call from this number 614-212-7530 regarding a matter of personal importance and to call this number 800-695-1063 from Comenity Bank. Called today on a Sunday 1/15/17. My advice is to call the retail store credit card number directly on your statements if they're thru Comentity Bank and see if there is an issure with your account. I just checked all my accounts no issues. THIS IS A SCAM!

This number has called me 8 times today and it is only noontime. I have told them over and over i have no credit cards except thru my bank but they keep calling. I have reported them to everyone i can think of yet they keep calling. Yesterday they called 14 tomes. Isnt that harrassment

Forgot to put a payment in on my torrid account last month (they also handle Lane Bryant accounts). Scheduled it over the phone at no charge. Polite employee. Double-checked my account and saw a payment scheduled for the amount I authorized. Legit.
