Rude, non stop calling people who won't say who they work for. I've hung up on them, sent them to voice mail, told them I'm not authorized to make changes and flat out told them I'm not interested and they continue to call. I had a pretty heated conversation with Tracy who refused to take no for an answer.

Rude lady wanting to speak with someone about our AEP accounts, when I told her no and hung up, she called back again and said that I apparently didn't understand that she needed to talk with someone about a message on the bill. Again I told we weren't interested. I could hear call center noise in the back ground.

Calls from several representatives from same phone number. Message alwayd say something like "This is (name) calling in regards to your AEP account. It is urgent you call us as soon as possible. Have your current AEP bill available.". Leaves this number. Never have called back.

Non-existing account (Nuisance call) reported by


Lady called speaking so fast I didn't understand a word she said and asked her to repeat herself. She slowed down and said she needed to talk to whomever was in charge. Told her he was not available, so she asked for the next person in charge. When asked what it was about, she said it was about our AEP account. Took down her name (Delana?) and noted her phone number and hung up. Gave the info to a manager who confirmed we do not have an AEP Account. Did not call her back; most likely it was some type of scam.

Knew my name and asked me to return her call to discuss "my AEP account." Didn't say what it was she wanted beyond that. It sounded like a call center because I could hear activity going on in the background. Based on the other information I read on this page, I have no intention of calling her back.

Called claiming to be Columbia gas, asked to talk to our Columbia Gas Account Contact BY NAME. I repeat, she knew the name of our Account Contact at Columbia Gas. She has called and/or left messages at our office several times now over the past couple weeks, we called Columbia Gas to be sure, and they confirmed that she is a fraud.

Very rude man who gave me no information about his "company" or purpose of his call. He just kept demanding to speak to "a manager." I kept asking questions to try and get more information, and he kept avoiding. I finally asked if this was a sales call, because we get lots of those, and he got angry and started asking me questions about me and my position at my company. I hung up and he called back twice and asked to speak to "accounts payable." Eventually I transferred him to a voicemail just to get rid of him.

If you don't know "the manager" by name, you aren't getting through. She wouldn't tell me what she wanted and demanded the manager's cell phone number. Not happening. Then demanded that I take a message. Never said the company or nature of the call.

A woman named Sonya called and demanded to speak to the business owner. Raised her voice when I told her the business owner was unavailable. I asked several times what the purpose of the call was and she finally gave an exasperated "Oh my God" before hanging up on me.

Woman with the name of Darlene asked to speak with the business owner. I informed her that I handle all the calls if you don't know the owners name and line got disconnected. She called immediately back with an attitude saying i hung up on her. Asked her what she is selling and wanted to discuss my dominion bill. Told her I'm not interested and she got loud with me telling me i don't understand. Told he i'm the owners wife and we are not interested and really hung up on her
