Called on 12/29/2017 at 2:30p.m. Started with robocall about credit card interest rate reduction. Pressed #1 to speak to an "authorized agent." Man with unidentifiable foreign accent answered and started to ask what bank do I use, which credit cards I have, how long have I had them, and did they have 16 digits in their numbers. When I gave him answers that did not match his predetermined list of banks and credit card names like VISA or MC, he asked if they were department store cards. Said no. Again asked for the card numbers, I said there is no way I would give him numbers on the phone when I did not know him or his company (which he refused to give me). He then hung up without another word.
