Received a call indicating they needed information from Electric utility and natural gas utility bills to confirm we were eligible for a new lower, variable utility rate and 20% rebate after 12 months. They were not transparent at all that they actually worked for Ntherm, a utility supply company different from who we are contracted with. Spoke very quickly, ignored questions asked. When I began questioning, quickly elevated to supervisor who let me know it was my own choice if I wanted to pay more for my utilities.

We are blocking this number because they continue to call. Samantha is the person who calls. They always need info from our account. I tell them we use a broker and not them but they don't care.

Called from a power company saying that he needed to speak with us about our existing account and that he needed information off our bill so he can give us a rebate. Was very aggressive and persistent to speak with owner or manager. Insisted that he would get off the phone as soon as I gave him the information he needed.

Spoke with Brandy for some time. Said she's with NTherm. Wanted information off gas bill. Very persistent and increasingly adamant that they can save us money and give us rebates. I finally had to hang up on her when she wouldn't stop talking in circles and repeating herself. Aggressive telemarketing. Don't fall for it!

Sent person to voice mail and they called back demanding to speak to person handling accounts. I refused to give the name and told them they must go to voice mail. Demanded to speak to owner of the business - I told them I had rules to follow and it wasn't her rules. She finally said she would go on the voice mail but there was no message. Very aggressive and threatening.

Called 4 times. The first two times I said I was interested. He rudely kept talking. I hung up and he called back twice more. Very aggressive. Wants Columbus Gas account information and pricing which is none of his business. Hung up and called back again. I did not answer after that and let the phone ring.
