They call around the same time everyday lol. 7.14pm, they left a message once and it was nothing more than the person sighing on the other end. Calls never returned. I've blocked the number after the third call.

Sounded like a phishing call. Attorney General's office notified; called me the next day to say that it is a ODJFS number. Calls have stopped.
