The man on the phone just kept saying HELLO over and over. Said HELLO - I CAN"T HEAR YOU. This is the 2nd time I've picked up a call from this number since I was expecting a call from this area code.

Called and said hello several times, they couldn't hear and then called back. They paused between hellos. Very similar to complaints I've seen where callers obtain your voice profile and then steal identity for use on recorded approvals.

Upon answering the phone a man just repeats the words hello over and over. I have received this call before however from a different number.
