Man said he's with comenity bank. I said no you're not, you sound unprofessional, you're a scammer and i hung up. I called the number back and pressed option 2 and i got the same man, what a coincidence, he must be the only representative. I didn't say anything, i just hung up. I called the bank directly and they said everything is good, i even have a credit, i don't owe a cent.

Said my account was past due. I said I would pay online and hung up. Called the actual bank my card is through and my payment isn’t due for 3 weeks. Indian accent.

Claimed my credit account was months overdue and wanted my banking information. I never give that out to any random caller. Also claimed that they'd called me last week (not true). Told them I'd check my account online and hung up.

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 6147296xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
