JP Morgan Chase is the caller. The headquarters not the actual bank. They call when an account has been overdrawn for an extended amount of time. If they ask for your social tell them you're willing to give the last 4 but if they want more then you need another option to verify you are who you say you are They do call excessively so if you know your account is negative just block the numbers. Hope this helps. Not a scam call though.

No confirmed information yet on whether this is actually a Chase call center, but the message that they call when an account has been overdrawn does not match our experience. We closed our Chase bank accounts last year after TWO data breaches. We retained - but had the bank reissue - a Chase credit card, which has a zero outstanding balance. The call I just fielded refused to provide any information about the purpose of the call and said only that they would call back. Were it even a smarmy collector (we have nothing in collections and no outstanding debt), they would have used the 'attempt to collect a debt' language. Smells like a scam to me.
