They Claim to be xfinity selling VPN services, I was actually in online chat with XFINITY support when I got the call and asked the agent I was chatting with and they said Xfinity does not offer VPN services. Now I have done some research and Xfinity does have a VPN Service available but all my research says they do not market it and are not marketing it. But they keep calling me from this number and now they are silent when I say hello. Do NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND IF ASKED IF YOU CAN HEAR THEM SAY NO OR I CAN HEAR YOU DO NOT SAY YES FOR ANY REASON!!! This is all things they can use to scam you or sign you up for all kinds of things.

Caller said they were Carlos Lopez calling with offer from Comcast. Comcast has not heard of him.

Pretends to be Comcast (Scam call) reported by


Pretended to be Comcast Xfinity. Told me I could upgrade my plan. Told them I didn’t think they were Comcast and he said he could send me an email. Asked him to confirm my address. Told him the wrong number for my address and he confirmed it was correct lol. Called me the wrong name and corrected it twice. Didn’t know the correct plan I had. Very much a scam.
