Robocall billing office???? (Financial services) reported by


I got a robocall from this number at 6 AM claiming to be the billing office of Unipath, said they had a message for me (no other details), repeated my name like 10 times, and gave some other phone number to call back. It sounds exactly like the scam robocalls I keep getting from 615 area codes. If it was a real call and this business wants to be taken seriously, they should probably call during normal business hours and make their voicemails sound less like robocall scams. There's no reason why they can't have a real person call and give actual details as to why they are calling.

Call claims to be from Pathology Billing Office - mechanical voice did not state invoice number but did state I owed $20.00 to Pathology Billing Office. According to LabCorp I have paid this bill and have paid verification code as well as paid receipt from credit card payment to LabCorp - I am of the opinion this is a SCAM.

This is a legitimate call, but like someone else here said, the bill is not even due yet. I literally got it in the mail two days ago. Freaked me out, because I thought I had somehow missed the payment due date. Frustrating and unnecessary to call before the bill is even due!

This is not a scammer. I thought it was, but used the toll-free number also and selected the option to speak with a rep. They were able to tell me exactly what medical office was billing me, and that their original call was a courtesy as I had not paid my bill they sent in the mail (they had the wrong apt number). They said they would be resending the bill in the mail.

I think this is a scammer. we pay cash for all lab tests. when I pushed 5 as directed to go to billing, I heard canned music and then it disconnected. The phone numbers don't work either.
