Possibly Comcast (Telemarketer) reported by

The first time they called they said they were Comcast and wanted to talk to my husband, I said he's not here and they asked if I could make decisions so I said no because I wanted to find out first who they really were. They called back today but I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I called back and a recording answers as Comcast saying if you got a call from them is because they're offering you a service upgrade. I don't want any upgrades so I won't be answering again.
