555" is an exchange number commonly reserved by the phone companies for use by TV and movies in order to prevent prank phone calls to real people. In fact, only 555-0100 through 555-0199 are now specifically reserved for fictional use. The telemarketers and robocallers are laughing at us. It is time for us to get serious and go after the facilitators of these calls. The Telco's ! They have the technology to stop these calls. Its called billing. The Telco's need to know the origin of a call and the completion point of that call. In order to figure out how much to charge per minuet.
