They claim to represent Eco America, encouraging solar electric installations. They would probably get a referral fee if someone bought a photovoltaic system from their referal. We got several robocalls a day. When I ask them not to call again, he says he'll call back. Definitely breaking the law.

Someone from this number is calling every hour without leaving any message. When answered, this individual is asking off-the-wall questions and your personal information in between. Theses people should be reported to your local phone company and the phone company really should block, suspend and/or disconnect them permanently.
