rude, demanding, call at all hours but specifically at 8:05am, keep changing their number so it's hard to block them, they say I owe money that I do not owe, they say I have to prove I don't owe it instead of them proving I do owe it. They are the most unethical collection agency I've ever heard of and they are most likely heading toward a class action lawsuit. Lots of negative info on internet with everyone saying same as what I write here.

these guys are a pain, they change the dates accounts were opened and keep calling, we paid all of our dets when I got out of the military, but yet we keep getting harassed by them.

When you refuse to answer any questions, they get really steamed. I have an answer. I have an airhorn that works very well. I keep it handy for calls such as this. One good blast usually stops these trolls. They are using headsets, and it will sound to them like you are standing right next to them.

They will call you from 40 different numbers. Block them if you can. Do not make even a dollar payment, otherwise your bad credit starts all over again for 7 long years and up to 10. If they are calling you and you know why, just suck it up for those seven years. If they file suit. First write up a motion through the court, to ask them to send everything they have to you such as documents, signatures, tape recordings. Then send them a motion with questions through the court, asking them such things as, did you see me sign this, who was around, how long were they there. If they have a attorney, he will not do that leg work. He is expecting you to not show up. If you do, he will try to get you to settle before court starts. He might even delay it 2 or 3 times to see if you will miss. Stick to your guns. File a motion for to rule for you, against him if he does not answer your questions.
