Asked for Amy. Said I owed 998.48 in a capital one credit card from 2017, and how would I like to settle this debt today!? Told them that I have never in my life owned a capital one credit card. The man then asked if he was speaking to Amy Jones. I said he was not and that might have been a good question to ask at the start of the conversation. Told him that he needs to work on his scam skills and he hung up on me when I would not stop laughing.

Asked for female unknown to me stating there was a balance of over $4000 that needed to be paid today. Asked how it was going to be paid. When cuss words flew out of my mouth I was advised the call was being recorded. More cuss words were thrown until caller advised they were cutting the call. Scam,scam,scam. Have called several times and cuss words is the only conversation from me.

They don't know who I am and have left messages for various names but not mine. Keep changing the number they call from. Wake me several times. I am elderly and have no outstanding debt or warrants or legal actions that I would like to give my ssi number to them for

They have called me about 20x in the past 36 hours. (Unsolicited call) reported by


I called them, asked to be put on do not call list. Guy says this is outbound call only company. I called BS on it and say well why do I have 36 calls on my answer bot app from you. Just take me off the list. I've sued for unwanted calls and have prevailed. Will do so again.

When I called back the guy only said "MCM" several times and didn't explain what it stood for instead he asked for my social security number and I ended the call. Get calls from this number several times a day on both my home and cellphone number and never leave a message.
