Message Left: "Me and my brother are looking to purchase a property cash is in your neighborhood and we're looking to buy as is no repairs needed no permissions no realtor fees no closing cost no additional fees. We can also help you move to another property or help you cover some of the moving expenses. Please call me as soon at this number or shoot me a text to 623-226-4070 or you can simply press 1. Talk to you soon. Thank you Bye." I text them with a price that I'd be willing to sell. They responded with a price 34% lower...and roughly 75% lower than a recent appraisal I had done (2 months ago). I asked them to remove me from their call list. They harassed me with "Laughing my **** off at your price! Bye Felicia". Clearly the mentality and professionalism of scammers that lack customer relationship & salesmanship skills. They must be taking a break from spinning a sign on the street corner...it's a hot summer.
