Got tired of them calling I finally answered and they said congratulations I had one blah blah blah then they have you go through a bunch of prompts do you want this and that and blah blah then finally they said they would connect me with a supervisor talking with her she started asking personal questions when I question her why she hung up on me. today they called again so I thought I would answer when they said what I preferred I said I would like to speak with your supervisor it's possible it was just a recording they said well that's great blah blah blah and ask me another question I said I would like to speak with your supervisor and she said alright thank you have a nice day and hung up on me. Never got to speak with a supervisor or anyone else I called the phone number back and all it said was congratulations you called the research Rewards whatever lying and then started in on there same old recording of do this do that blah blah blah.

also sends sms text messages with it, "saying" that it is about pain relief options..."they" keep asking for a time to call...I also believe that its going under other Maricopa county telephone numbers, aside fm just this #- (very polite, but attempted contact Is WAY too many times!!!)
